Here’s a fun site to spend a little time reading during your time off for the holidays. Law and the Multiverse discusses hypothetical situations in which superheroes and supervillains exist in our world today – more specifically, within our legal system. This leads to some excellent and surprisingly informative discussions, including important points like whether Batman’s gadgets would be legal, to what extent insurance could cover damage from supervillain attacks, and how shapeshifters would affect trial testimony procedure.
