As we await the Clementi case ruling today, Jessie Klein, author of The Bully Society, shares her thoughts on how to end the bullying problem in America’s schools:
“It doesn’t help when we just arrest one person and put them in prison; it doesn’t help when we suspend one kid after another. We need to change the culture of schools, and schools need to take responsibility for that, students need to take responsibility, parents need to be a part of that project. This is a very serious concern, but it’s not going to change if we just keep putting people away…”
