Charles J. Ogletree, Jr., co-editor of From Lynch Mobs to the Killing State and the forthcoming When Law Fails, made an appearance last night on Comedy Central’s “Indecision 2008” presidential election coverage. A Harvard Law professor, Ogletree served as mentor to both Barack and Michelle Obama during their time at Harvard Law School and has been associated with the Obama’s for nearly twenty-five years.
